When was the ladder reset last?

i absolutely love how every 2-3 days someone posts here asking the exact same thing, not seeing the sticky directly related/answering their question.

it doesnt matter if its stickied or not people are still gonna ask the same question

could always look about 6-12 posts down and see the last person who asked
