I have 3 keys, but it's not helping. Had a realm down for 12 hours last night, played a few games (all lasting over 9 minutes), and got another realm down.

More people are probably playing D2 than D3, but they still won't fix how RD works.

IP tagging isn't something I'd think they want to "fix".

In what other game do they have a potential 1 hour to 2 week IP ban for messaging friends too quickly, joining 15-25 games per hour, or logging in and out?

The point of that was to discourage bot use. Especially shitty public bots like etals.
