is cold mastery worth it over maxing 1 bliz synergy?

generally not. It depends on your gear though. If you have a good amount of +skill items, one point in mastery should be enough. If you don't then I'd recommend getting mastery up to 60-70% and then getting synergies. You have to balance damage and -res to be successful.

i have +8 skills right now on ladder and its around 65% with one point. ws just wondering . thx
