can anyone tell me what is in my d2 folder that is making it wrong gfx? i need help!!

Any 3rd party program can make this happen, if your using one, uninstall it and you will see changes.

any way w/o it? like is there a file that will change it or is effect in the d2 folder?

that way i can grab it out of my laptop and put into comp

Yes there should be a file making this happen, for this to be easily deleted without messing more then it already is, I would advise you to Re-install it

wats the file called? if it fails then i will re-install it, just reinstalling = last resort.

i think its d2data.mpq that handles the models. I would try replacing that file.

its not d2data.mpq crit iso the file!

when i use my bot, i can see my char and everything (everything's fine)
but when i start up d2 regularly, it gives me the pics above
