in my experience the MF all depends on your difficulty

for my ive noticed

80-150 works well in norm

250-350 works well in night mare

and 500-700 works well in hell

im gona null just for the fact that 125 fcr > mf

the mf % doesent really matter that mutch, the amount of killing does

I found enigma + shako enough mf for me on my hammerdin WITH 125 fcr

Basically you will only mf in hell, unless your character is too weak.
700 is definitely too much since you'll be using crap items to get more mf.

With the ideal gear you'll get around 300 while maintaining almost all your inventory space.
