true.. ( not the moron thing) but it doesnt matter if you got a 199% ed arreats or a 200% ed one and it doesnt matter if there is 5 or 6% ll on it...

same with the rest .. u would only see a difference if the gap was too large , so if you would only use antiperf items , then u would see a huge difference but otherwise you wont even notice a thing...

and grief is a nice bva weapon! also in bvb..
