Gear you should be able to get 100+ str base with mid to high torch/ anni/ arreats/ dracs.

Depends if you're going pvp or pvm, this is base gear that is reasonably priced/ will be effective for you.

High barb torch/ anni
Ap fort/ enigma
Arreats
2x bk rings/ highlord ammy, or angelic set for ar
Dungos
Ebotd tm
Gores/ treks if you need the str
Dracs
2x wc sticks or hoto/ 3bo cta on switch
37x 20 life scs ( try to get res/ ar/ dmg/ etc. if you can on them )

Botd Thundermaul or Cranium Basher

Use Cranium Basher on my lvl 90 concentration barb, no problems with ut and clone
