Not sure what purpose the guide is meant to serve besides showing that cubing El runes beyond Tir/Nef is a mere waste of time. Alright, it might astonish people or even amuse those of you who like huge numbers.
But as for its usefulness, well ...

If we were to account for rune drop probabilities, the time consumed cubing El runes is clearly better spent hunting runes in general. I'd say pick up 'El' only if you need it in a rune word, or else simply leave it.

There is no point, except the fact to let everyone know that saving el runes to make any Hr is purely a waste of time.

Not just waste of time but completely impossible.
You'd need mass amounts of gems as well, and it would take a lot of time getting/cubing/muling runes.
