Well, let me know if anybody has seen this before...
i uber in average one uber game/day, so that's a LOT of ubering, and I was totally confused...
I set it up myself, and everything went very smoothly.
First I kill ball, then Diablo, then trap meph and my helper cleaned with his Din (I do the smiter job).
So I know for a fact that it IS all clear in Trist, cause I was there and I killed myself.
The only person not from HoD was a necro I got from jsp after posting a LEGAL thread of course 
We go in, then I don't remember if it was 1st or second wave...
I'm on one of my leech, on the trigger spot, which is more on the left, away from the others.
I see messages appearing: x was slained by Baal.... another x slained by Baal...
I'm like wtf, I killed Baal myself....
So I ask, if anyone has a hack or whatever to do this....
I run around in Trist looking for baal, but he is nowhere...
We all go town...
We go in again, then I die from invisible Baal as i go on the trigger spot....
We are still able to get some waves going, but every wave or so, some deaths from Baal.
My helpers were making jokes about it, but I know they were just kidding...
The only person I could suspect was the bonewaller, cause he's an outsider....
But he's got a leech to and his leech is always one of the first ones to die....
So....
The 2 hammerdins go to Throne and clear then kill Baal in chamber.....
Still, more deaths from an invisible Baal in Trist......
WTF!!!!!!
I still managed to get my 2 level jobs done....
I have tons of ss on my lap top.....
But no explaination to what happened.....

You did kill baal but you know his sprit that cast the posion and lighting sometimes, I think that is what happened.
If you would go to the Worldstone keep lvl 3, and wait there for about 10 seconds, baal will either cast posion nova or Lighting at you.
I have had that baal glitch in my ubers before, but I had my maphack on and I could see baals' little sprit following me around as alittle white x.
So I teleported to the western side of trist (slowly so baals' "sprit" would follow me) and then VERY fast I teleported back to the rock, and it did not follow.
So I saved the game :]
