If changing IP along with new keys & new D2 account, the new accounts are safe from 8 ?

I've been told so long as new keys/Ip arent logged into bad accounts. Any info on this ?

If you never hacked with the keys then thats all that matters

Only the bad accounts and cd keys are at risk

Since June 2017, the using of multiple keys doesn't help you more, because they counts IP+key+accounts, not only keys like in the past. You'll get the same results with 1 or more keys. If one account or IP is flagged for temp restriction, all used keys will be flagged too
