probably not merge else west would be down as well. Moving from old style to new style server. Running rust-storm, and bot bans. they'll NEVER merge NL and Ladder. That'd be a waste and yes, a tremendous amount of people would quit.

Not only down, it's missing. Yesterday the message was "Connecting to the Fastest Server". Today it's "Unable to Connect".

I'm also getting the "unable to connect" message.

if people quit D2, where do they go?

Of course not everyone quitting would go for D3, but a portion of them would. Just like if they did a banwave, I'm sure a lot of people would go to D3 instead of rebuying D2 cdkeys.

A banwave would be a nice strategy to get people to move on.

well for those that care all servers are up excluding us east as usual this is an issue that bliz does not care to fix nor will they considering that 6% of the users are on us east the temp ban and r/d problems could have been fixed years ago but considering they would have lost money over the years with their hacks and such i dont see an acceptable solution to the constant problems honestly i think its a bunch of bull that the players on us east have to worry about not playing they can run these tests on the less active servers like europe and asia considering the people in europe play on us east anyways

and for those that say merge east and west i dont think that will happen due to the fact they would have to pay more attn to the server and merging ladder and non ladder would cost them money considering *** is sponsored by bnet employees hence the ability to make and sell hacks like wizzard slayer that supposedly can be made in a 30s sword/dagger/claw by using gul lum jah

Server still down?? or am i just banned????i try an load my channel Moderator an it says i appear ip banned after 3-4 tymes of trying to reconnect...Just need another opinion....so i know it's just not me....Plz pm me er reply on here Ty Guys n Girls

They went down at 1pm eastern time and Blizz said it was for 24 hours (or more if needed). So, the soonest they might be up is 2½ hours from now.
