Hello guys I am on holiday and i login to my characters like once in 3-4 days to keep them upgraded.

Today I entered to my account which is totally empty.

I had 7 mules and an almost lvl 95 character now all are removed for some reason i have been trying to figure out for 1.5 hours.

I have searched every god damn support things battle.net offers and as ever they never helped at all.

It seems if it was hack they also dont provide a single thing.

Only 1 thing I consider and could not find single answer for it too.

My character was named as HolyNiga is it possible that blizzard removed that character because of name?

However if it was why would they remove my fail named mules too?

I need answers and if possible a proper damn link that provides answers ^^

Someone accessed your account and cleared it out.

Character names that are restricted cannot be created in the first place.
So blizzard do not remove/delete any characters.

Sadly there is nothing that you can do in this case.
The security of your account is your responsibility.
You are responsible for all actions made from your account whether or not authorized by you.

I have the same problem. Chars from one of my account has been deleted. Nobody had access to that acc, no keylogers on my computer etc.

And submit a support ticket.

People have got back their characters, with the same or close issue. This has been happening frequently.

You will have to register/log in to sent a ticket.

i have the same problem on several accounts, chars are not deleted because i cannot make new one with same name...even if the name is a total crap..

I wrote to blizz. They told me, that they are sorry but they can't help me and wished me good day

You use bots and the bot is keylogged.

same here! same behavior (deleted chars, password not changed, cant create same name ), fortunately i lost only 2 less worth accounts ( itemz worth 500-1000fg i guess) didnt use bot, using newest antivirus software, highly doubt i was being keylogged

i think blizzard just lost some data and just wont admit -.-
