I unplug the power to my router, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in. This resets my IP address, since I'm on a dynamic IP. It works for me everytime, but I don't get r/d's very often.

If you aren't on a dynamic ip, the guides won't help you much. The only way i know of for a static ip is just to wait it out and not exit/join games to fast or go over the limit of 20 games per hour.

67 is dividing 4 which is 9.14 carried by the 14 equals 123 games per hour, stupid -,-
