feels like I made a mistake .. I play guildwars 1 and had bunch of armbracesI sold for fg thinking I could then trade the fg for ectos and make a little or at least break even ... now Im sitting on fourm gold and the prices of ecto seems to have gone up... I really hate losing or making no profit... My question is did I make a mistake doing this or do I need to wait it out? being the 8th birthday is coming people might just be holding on to ectos?

fg is allways better then items
as long as you sold your stuff befor the price droped then there is no mistake

you could change your mind on what to buy

but if the item that you wanna buy price is going up then its better to buy it asap and get it cheeper
sell it when it reached its peek

i think what he meant was not that your in the wrong forum because you are allowed to have this

but i think youd be better off asking this in the gw section

im sure alot of the DF myself included dont play gw and cant help you
but if you put it in the gw section the people looking at it will be gw players
