I used it once with crappy results like 5 days to send a game in and get a new one I believe.

However C-note uses it on a regular basis and would be best to ask imo

I believe you can reserve games before they get them, but i also am pretty sure they improved their service, they have machines at a lot of USPS offices that right as they recieve your game at the post office, they scan it there so gamefly can send you another one without waiting for it to reach them...

I like it.
Time depends on where you live.
I live in Idaho and my games take 2-4 days to get to Gamefly after sending them and it takes about 2-4 days for my games to get here once they've shipped.
I really wish it was faster but I have no video stores here anymore so it doesn't matter, lol.

For new games shipping, I had an unreleased game in my queue and it got shipped the day before it released.
You can't really get a reserved copy.. I'm not really sure how it works but I think it's like a first come first serve thing. I had the game in my queue for quite a while and got it quick.

This was my experience in VA to a T but I do have game rental places and thats why I don't do the whole gamefly thing.

yeah it all depends on where you live and such. if your local video stores have closed/are closing you'll probably be more willing to wait.

it only takes about 1-2 days to get a game when i'm at my family's house, but it's like 2-3 days when i'm at my own place.

I like GameFly. If its a new release you want. Get it on your games list as quick as possible. Sometime ill have a game on my list, at the top for 1-2 weeks before they finally ship it out.
