you have to be more specific, for example

1) level the familiar to a specific level
2) add another crappy rare familiar, or items/gold
3) let the other know you are trading at the same moment.

Definitely wroth your time if you have some random time to kill, lvl 121 and looking for allies for current event if your active PST.

Ability: Cloak - Take damage in place of adjacent familiars

Bimford, Archeologist
Ability: Dervish - Deal heavy AGI-based dmg to one foe

Dreameating Tapir II [THIS CAN TURN INTO EPIC]
Ability: Seed Sap - Lower AGI of three foes

Margery, Savior II [I believe this turns into an epic too.]
Ability: Recall - Revive an adjacent familiar
