Thinking about buying this watching some streams right now to hopefully help and make up my mind.

UI was atrocious. Most other things jsut reminded me of neocron 2 . And most people here probably don't even remember neocron 2 so that doesn't bode too well.

Game might be ok. UI etc NEEDS fixed up.

Animation quality isn't really that good either. Especially melee attacking.

Gun play needs altered so it doesn't feel like you're firing a spud gun constantly too.

Above all though,I'm just not sure what the lasting appeal of the game actually is.

Does this game have to be played through steam?

No, you can have it on trion site, but there's extra rewards via steam

If you buy it through steam can you play it through their client?

I'll be on tonight around 930 est time for my first time since beta. So let me know if you guys are interested in trying to get some people together. I got a few Pam's so far and should have a good crowd if you are interested just let me know, PCM version FYI
