I know, it's retarded (the hate) , Messi scores an abnormal amount of goals and then leads La Liga in assists as well.
Not to mention he creates the most for his team and most of his own goals are from individual brilliance.

I wish there was a stat where you could see whose goals were assisted more, CR's or Messi's


/e- Not to mention Messi has outperformed Ronaldo in big games by a WIDE margin.

large part of ronaldo's goals are free kicks /penalties (while free kicks is part of what is known as skill it's not the same as scoring normally)
