all 3 will ride the bench, no way players like Robben or Gomez getting benched in Munich (not over a longer period). The squad is way deeper, but the starting eleven didn't improve at all. Could be a close one, but wouldn't surprise me if BVB wins it a 3rd time in a row.
Kagawa was great, but Klopp is capable of replacing players. Especially with Reus, so Götze may move to the mid. Tbh i don't know if Reus is such a downgrade to Kagawa. The only question mark is Götze. How his long-term injury will impact his play ...
The system & the team under Klopp is the crucial part, not always the individual quality. He can throw pretty much "everyone" into the lineup, and they all know their role. Thats still BVB biggest strength.
Offence was fine last season while our alternating defence and midfield were a huge problem. Here and there unlucky at the wrong time.
Besides that, Bayern was not able to compensate Schweinsteiger´s injuries after his great first half of the season.
Unfortunately he is still not back in shape.
New backups will be thrown on the pitch immediately if a game will drown in vanity or monotony. Therefore they have been signed.
Nevertheless, we need another top midfielder along with some enthusiasm.
But... there's something cooking in Munich...u will be surprised...i promise
