Can't imagine Detroit holding onto him through 2020 considering his salary and their rebuild. Likely trade target, I'm willing to bet that the patriots go after him and try to topple all the single season brady/moss achievements. I'd imagine with their complete lack of talent at the skill positions and the high probability that they will correct they're personnel mistakes, they'd be the likeliest of targets. Not to aware of where they're at cap wise, could they make it happen pats fans? The packers can't afford it, though they've been included in conversations for some reason.

Patriots will not fork over that much cap room to a receiver. Let alone give up picks / players for it either

He certainly won't come cheap,I simply find them most likely. Aside from gronk and brady who the Hell gets paid on that offense? Edlegod maybe. Ameturda is just that. Lafell was a no show and the rbs aren't worth mentioning. Considering the rebuild after the brady era is inevitable why not go balls to the wall and throw draft picks at rebuilding teams like the lions to pump out a few more rings before this era is over with?

The patriots aren't gonna overpay. Simple as that. They've been this dominant for a long time because they don't overpay players and are able to build good teams.

Can the offense be better? Sure. They can make it better by getting a stronger o line and a bigger receiver who will catch unlike lafell. They will spend on the entire team rather than megatron

Is it overpay when he could easily still be the most dominant wr in the nfl? You don't find 6'5" with sub 4.4 speed in a draft. Edlegod gronk calvin...wouldn't even need a defense. Also I thought their line woes could be attributed to injury over lack of skill.

Edit: Denver ain't pressing nearly as much with gronk and calvin running around either. You get 1 on 1, toss it up, heavily in your favor.

I'm thinking with cap room and team needs considered, he would be best with the redskins

I just don't see it happening. Calvin and gronk both have been battling injuries their entire career as well. Edelman even has been banged up a lot

And I could see Snyder doing that even though it would be dumb
