He needs to add to the rules and say that SPECIFIC words HAVE to be said for it to be a bet.

So people cant say "Ok, ill take your bet" and get away with welching.

Maybe we should start a list for words or phrases that count as a confirmation that a bet is on.
I can be the list runner there.

Most people with tags in this section will not abuse this. Those that do, do not deserve their tag, and I assume TJ will do the right thing in (at least) removing their tag.
