I'm basing this off - Same receiving core, and a pure QB stand-point.
1. T. Brady / P. Manning
2. A. Rodgers
3 D. Brees
4. P. Rivers
5. B. Roethlisberger
6. E. Manning
7. T. Romo
8. M. Schaub
9. M. Stafford
10. A. Smith
11. M. Vick
12. Cam Newton
13.J. Cutler
14. J. Flacco
15. M. Ryan
16. A. Dalton
17. R. Fitzpatrick
18. J. Freeman
19. C. Palmer
20. K. Orton
Lol
He has easily surpassed Rivers... that's been evident for awhile now. And Ben > Rivers so that ranking doesn't make sense.
Eli is probably the second best QB in the NFL right now behind Rodgers. Once again this season he's playing as well as anyone.
There is no better QB in clutch situations.
There is no better QB in the 4th Q.
There is no better road QB.
He's answered every single question a QB could possibly have to answer. Every check on the list is complete besides league MVP and he's making a strong case after 3 games.
Not sure what else he has to do to prove it. It's time to stop hating and give him his due.
You have Brees up there who all he does every season is pad his stats no matter the score. Never comes out of blowout games. I don't know how many times I've seen this guy get garbage time TD's and ample yardage. Eli was pulled vs the Panthers. Wasn't Matt Ryan pulled vs the Chiefs? Can't remember.
You have Vick 11th ahead of Matt Ryan. Vick sucks. I don't know why you continue to overrate him.
