Wtf, they set a bail for him? He's a risk to society. The kid viciously assaulted somebody with the intent to cause great bodily harm or death and his a history of violence. Lets put him back out on the streets, that's smart.

Makes you wish they would bring back firing squads. Would save a ton of state money in legal fees just to give him a smoke and shoot him 13 times in the body

Not sure, his bail is $500k NON-BONDABLE, which means he has to have the full bail paid before he can step outside.


Pretty sure he will go to kid prison til 18 then moved to the adult one.

You don't go to a juvenile home when you're waived off to adult court. The juvenile justice system and the criminal justice system are two separate entities. If you're 16 and commit murder, you can bet your ass you're getting tried in adult court regardless of your criminal history. I'm sure he will be segregated from general population but he'll be in prison.

There are kid prisons in WA state, which will hold them til they are 18.
Echo Glenn, Maple Lane, Greenhill are the ones I can think of.

I'm not saying he should go there, I want him to go to the Walla Walla State Pen, which is fucking INSANELY scary.

Each state runs their juvenile shit a little differently. Here in Michigan that kid would be going to prison. I personally think that you should 16+ should automatically be tried as an adult for heinous crimes and put in prisons. Sucks that WA has separate institutions.

If I was the judge I would have ordered him to go outside and be quartered in front of the court house.


I'm not saying that will happen, I'm just saying there are kid prisons in the state.
I have no clue if he will go to an adult prison or not.
In my opinion he should be dead already.


My opinion on prisons:
Rapists, pedophiles, and murderers if convicted should get one chance to appeal their case.
If they lose, they have 2 weeks to say there goodbyes and make peace with what they can.
Then be put to death.
