Wouldn't call them dumb as Yoga and stretching is one of the best things to do for a lower back injury.
I have scoliosis but I haven't felt pain from it ever.
I was sitting in a bad position on a ride home because of my sun burn and when I got up I had a lump on my spine and it's kind of tender rn.

Never use heat unless you have cramps. Ice for an hour, minimum, then an hour off.

Waiting at DRS for my interview for an internship. Haven't been this nervous in fucking years. I should be a lock, but I'm still stressing it hard.

I fucked up my shoulder about 2 months ago and just went to the doc recently because it started hurting worse. Told me my bicep tendon is inflamed and some micro tearing and I was like is that serious and she was like no do these stretches and come see me twice a week for a month.... I was like... ah... why do I need to see you for stretches?

I think it's a spine bruise or compression, it only hurts when i touch it or put alot of pressure on it.
I can do squat motions and stuff without pain

Why wouldn't you use heat? Stretches for strengthening, heat to bring the blood flow to heal, ice afterwards to slow the swelling.

I mean he's the one with the serious back issue so I wouldn't question him as he's had the on-going issue for years, but I used the heating pad on low for like an hour and started icing now.
I was diagnosed with Scoliosis as a kid but I haven't had it checked out in years, it was only a slight curve which makes my left side of the back sit higher than my right.
Probably compressed my spine when I was sitting in a bad position on the way back from Hershey Park last night.
