We all live in democracies yet our list isn't being run in a democratic way. Is it time for a shake up in an effort to make it better? Or should there never be questions asked to challenge the way this place functions? Have your say in this thread, because the authors of the other list thread doesn't seem to care what the general population in the hockey forum thinks.

I'd say it needs a partial rework.

Remove and add some meds. Give the actives , who are the majority a bigger say in things.

LOL kid thinks he lives in a democracy. I remember "learning about government" in 3rd grade. This is why Re-Res like you don't make decisions.

Actives should have more say. I dont think any meds need to demoted though.

I really dont think its corrupt. But i do think policies and definitions need to be clearer.

And since only meds/ trusted vote currently more long standing / contributing actives should be moved up.

They don't even need to move the actives up , just give them the opportunity to vote.
