you dont fucking hold a bus hostage and sit there with a knife refusing to move...

Sure he shouldnt have been shot at that many fucking times, but he brought it upon himself....
Its definitely a sad situation because it could of been avoided, but its the guys own fault.

I understand that he was at fault but, I just could never understand why he was shot 9 times and got tazzed after getting shots.

No ones life is in danger and also it was only a 3 inches knife!

doesnt matter, its for the cops safety. They shoulda tranq'd gun or something tho, maybe one of those beanbag guns, but i dont think toronto poilce have high resources lol.

Would of been fucking shitty if you are a cop and are expected to go wrestle some fucking crazy kid to the ground when hes holding a knife. Not worht the risk...
they shouldnt have tried to kill the kid though, but still something like this would go un-noticed in the states.

There was no immediate threat to the public or any of the officers.....

These officers are TRAINED to negotiate and talk these kind of guys down..... the guy was alone in a bus, he did not charge at anyone, he did not even attack anyone. Police officers are trained to first attempt to negotiate, there are like 10 fucking cops there.

Sure the guy shouldn't be fucking pulling out a knife, but he didn't have hostages or anything at all, he was in an empty bus

You dont have to go wrestle with some crazy kid. All they had to do was to keep trying to calm him by negotiating. The person was contained inside an empty streetcar and the kid never tried to rush any of the cops.

It does matter. The cops could have easily protected themselves by hitting him with a taser from both doors. 9 shots, especially in two volleys, seems a bit ridiculous for this.

This is a clear case of excessive force, these officers should be suspended (if they haven't been already)

That was basically a murder.

the cop who shot the person is suspended right now with pay. Not sure what will happen next.
