Lets just say i took the blues +1 over a team.
The team ends up tieing at regulation and goes to overtime

This means i actually won the bet since i had the blues +1. They actually won by 1 goal in regulation correct

Even if it goes to overtime and the other team score and win by 1 goal

Correct me if im wrong please

Unless the bet was blues + 1 > xxxxxx +ot

Then i would tie since the overtime counts also and if the other team
Scores and they win by 1 goal and i had the blues +1. Then its a push

I believe you are correct. + ot on their end allows for a tie bet during overtime.

The way you state it, it should be regulation only.

I'd let a few others chime in first but I believe your right.

I mean it only makes perfect sense

In all reality regualion ends after the 4th quarter. So u add ur cover then

Its ass backwards if the thunder would have lost by 4 points in regulation then i would have won my bet
But since they did better than that and came closer to winning with my +5 i lose at regulation ?

No.
If you take blues +1 and they lose in OT, it's a push. There is actually such a thing as +OT which would make you automatically win if the game goes to OT.

Stipulating + a number just modifies the final score, no matter whether it was in OT or not.

Most people will bet + or - 1.5 to avoid a push. Then, by definition, if the game goes to OT whoever has +1.5 wins since it is a 1 goal game.

If you have a bet with a team +OT and the game goes to OT, you automatically win.

That's what +OT means ;)

Yeah i figured that but in basketball i lost a bet I had thunder +5 and the game was tied 94-94 at the end of regulation u thought the cover made the scpre 99-94 at the end of regualtion whci would triumph the overtime but i guess not

Which is ass backwards. Because if the thunder sould have lost 90-94 i would have won the bet 95-94 being the score after regulation
The thunder did better than that and tied it. But i still lost my bet. Doest make sense to me
