No because the bet had a condition that you send u/f.

If you never sent then no bet..

Even though he asked for u/f after the bet was c'd, it was still before the game started

ty he insists im a welcher, id hate to break his lil heart that im not but it is what it is and ill pay if tom or cratic feel that, this bet was legit. (how u would even think that is beyond my belief but w/e it is what it is)

if you guys would take more time to post clearly your conditions it would be simpler

in this case maybe the OP though u said you were sending u/f, cause it was HIS conditions.

you then come in there, say

''50/50 s/u my yotes ur kings''



still no bet, but try to be more clear next time, i.e :

''50/50, YOU s/u, my yotes ur kings''

that way its clear that you are waiting for his fg and not the opposite.

S/u is straight up not send upfront.

we did confirm but then he changed the rules of the bet (i.e. u/f or med) which a med was fine to me i use bb all the time and now crisper i use but to use a bball med in a hockey forum didnt seem right at all. so hence y i didnt send u/f or to his bball med i offered bb then i made my topic of someone to vouch this clown and someone else told me he is bm and that it isnt right for a hockey bet to go to bball med. regardless if hes trusted or not it isnt right. i dont got to football forums telling people to send to a hockey med. thats just not right. imho
