crisper is in this and he even said i shouldnt use a bball med and he is a hockey med and wanted me to use him which i was fine with him being the med but this guy still insisted on a bball med but im sorry i wasn't u/fin or sending to bball med because i didnt like the terms
if u feel after all this that i still owe this guy then ill pay him ill just have to be more careful to retract bet next time
but in my honest opinion if i didnt do what he said then bet is nulled

He c'd your bet before saying to use a med, which is why I'm not sure. Wait for cratic or Tom to see this.

It was a good bet which was c'd at first, then he changed everything by requesting to use a med.

But he should not demand a basketball med in the hockey forum

Sorry but bet wasnt CD. He clearly stated that he wanted to upfront OR mediators. In this case, any of the two options was used. Bet not cd imo.

Ofc, i'm not a mediator, but to me, not cd.

I said cd n asked for med or uf after we both cd it. Just cause we didn't use med dosnt mean the bet cancles out it was comfirmed before anything

This is what I'm thinking too, the bet was c'd at first, but once the med or u/f was requested it became pending those terms

I see a confirmed deal from both parties, then i see you requesting u/f or med 5 minutes later.

Need to request those terms before cd'ing.
