Yeah lol at people thinking this would put us under.

Keep in mind the preds had enough $ to keep both suter and Weber.

Even though Webers is much more up front than we expected. we have the $$ from not keeping suter.

That was assuming that we don't enter lockout. A lockout would KILL NSH right now.

i love that they matched just because of how sure the flyers fans were that he was already on their roster.

The owners agreed to it. If you think they can't afford it you're delusional

How in the hell could Nashville afford to do this? Very shocked. Am I missing something here? Will ticket prices go up like $15 to pay for this guy and then nobody will go to the games?

Think he will be traded next year, hopefully not, but I do not see how they can afford this guy. Can someone please explain. I would have bet everything i owned that they would not match, what a surprise.

Philly is raging I am sure haha. Sucks for the west, Nashville will still be in contention as a result of this.

/e saw above post. realize owners would agree. But we have have seen people by things they can not afford countless times....

They have 10 owners. So at least 6 of them agreed to Do it.

They are business men. They made a business decision for the long term health of the Franchise.
