It's sad but i believe proper forum etiquette is held above catching someone doing something bad. I think its funny that people are getting away with things because of how someone creates a topic. Honestly it shouldn't matter how the topic is created if there is enough evidence in it then it should be looked at seriously without someone having to start a new post to get it done. Maybe the post was initially against someone else and maybe after communication back and forth the real culprit was found. That being said a new post should be irrelevant considering the information was already presented Albeit in a manner that may not be proper. Doing whats right should always be held above proper etiquette.. End of story
