whenever i let someone use my comp i often watch them like a hawk for fear of them logging into my jsp and guessing my gold password and making a bet on a website they know nothing about then welching

The reason why I didn't mention the 'ole cousin/brother' thing is that. I know it sounds bad but I'm willing to pay whatever of it back. Also this was around the time where I had other things going on such as college applications.

Edit: Also I'm not paying back to even bet again, probably won't see me betting if I'm taken off welchers' list. I'm willing to pay back whatever because I'm responsible for this account.

Just because the people he welched are either locked or tagged themselves, he should not be "in the clear". He welched regardless. We should do something like the poker forums and he has to give the repay to a med who will host some kind of free roll with it for the betting community. Otherwise we are sending a message saying, welch and wait till the other users either quit, get locked or tagged and all is forgiven.
