Rui is a fantastic player. Should've sat this series. Not physical enough to box out Gordon. Not quick enough to keep up with MPJ. Not long or big enough to bother Jokic. On offense, fantastic midrange shooter. Could not do chit with the Gordon/MPJ length.

Christie would've been our best defender for MPJ. Young, fresh legs, athletic, long, lateral quickness.

I also heard from a Banker friend from the States working in JP Morgan telling me back in 2014, at that time around 50 percent or more Americans do not have a passport because they don't travel overseas except for Canada, Mexico and some Caribbean islands for Holidays.
Not sure about the statistics now.

It is what it is. If you had told me at around new years, we would be going bucket for bucket, and spend the majority of our first round playoff series leading against defending Champs, I would've called you crazy.
It's sick how this series, being a 4-1, was this close. Murray won two games on a game winner.

Game one, we took a half time lead but didn't do jack shit in the second half on got our asses handed to us.
Game two, this game had TWO lead changes. Denver scored first, and then we took the lead. That's first lead change. Second lead change? Last shot of game. Second to last shot? Lebron wide open 3, rims out.
Game three, another game with a half time lead. Repeat of first game, not doing enough in the second half.
Game four, dominant. Lakers spent the entire game with a lead. Denver didn't lead for one second.
Game five, another first half lead. See a pattern? We had a half time lead in every game. This game, we had ties at 87, at 89, 95, 97, 99, tied at 106.
I think I saw a stat, we basically spent like 70% of this series with a lead.

Denver's good, but we had them.
Laugh all you want at Lakers, but we didn't get swept. We made the playoffs. We did more than Suns. Warriors didn't even make it. Kings didn't make it.
Lebron's old, Davis is soft, Russell disappears, bench is bad, coach is shit etc

Still fucking had all the chances in the world to, in a best case scenario, be up 3-2 on Nuggets instead of going home 4-1.

Now for the next season, and I am wild.
No Lebron. No Russell. I doubt we can trade Davis but if we can, no Davis.
We got what we can from this group.
Each year we're closer to seeing Lebron lose to father time.

GG Post!!

We were Right there!!! After Each Half I was hoping Rui or DLo can go off the second half n Drop 30point for a Game like they did all regular season but didn’t. Lakers defense on Denver was very tough! Did what they can being undersized!

Gonna be a Big Summer change last Week of June!

Coach Hamm, you did what you can with a smaller inconsistent lineup. But Lakers need a new Coach going into new Direction. B)
