Teams will be posted AL - NL - AL - NL - etc. from this point forward.
Leading up to Opening Day, 1 team will be posted at a time. Times will be different most likely when they are posted.
All members can participate.
Whoever has the highest bid at the closing time wins the auction.
Winning an auction means you have that team for the pool.
Whichever team wins the World Series wins 65% of the total fg, runner up wins 25%, and the team that finishes in last place in the MLB gets 10%.
All bids start at 25fg
Bids must be a minimum of 5fg higher than previous (I'd recommend more for better teams though).
When it gets into extra time, the minimum bid will be 25fg increments! See below ***NEW***
The auction will last 24 hours. If a bid is made in the final five minutes of the auction, the end of the auction will be extended an extra five minutes to allow for more bids. This timer will reset until there are no bids for 5 continuous minutes after the most recent bid. ***NEW***IF someone places a bid they are locked in to that amount.
IF someone edits their post, they owe half of their bid or half of the total winning bid to the pot. (If they refuse to pay they will become welcher tagged)
IF someone edits their post AND erases that amount or changes that amount, they will become welcher tagged.
JUST SIMPLY DO NOT EDIT YOUR POST, even if you're not bidding.
You may bid on as many teams as you'd like, but you cannot have more than 3 teams.If the starting bid of 25fg is not reached, I'll donate the spot to someone if they want it (I will choose), will offer to the main fans first.
You can not PM me your maximum bid due to being offline, no invisible bids.
You CAN have someone bid for you, but I must know who you are bidding for due to the 3 team limit, you can either PM me or post in the thread, need confirmation from both. If you don't want someone to do that, leave a very high offer in this thread that you don't think will be topped while you're gone.
No bidding with fg you do not have!

Selling/Buying teams info ***NEW*** - You can sell or buy a team. 5% of the PROFIT made by the seller will go to the pot.
