& thanks for the feedback man. You should def try to get into it once your back in the zone. I'd recommend to find a parkour facility in your area or maybe even just youtube search parkour basics and just try it outside on a bench or small ledges.
As for places in Canada We have one here called "The Money Vault" in Toronto, ON (All the footage in ym video is from our gym, I also work there
)
There's also another one in Montreal called "The Spot" (were good friends with them)
There's a big one in Vancouver, BC "Parkour Origins"
I think there's one in Waterloo ON, as well but I don;t know the name.
As for the U.S., A huge one in Cali called "Tempest Academy"
