Im trying to install this program for a game and the .exe file keeps dissapearing.
I tried to turn off the antivirus and firewall etc but same thing happens.
The program would install but the ,exe file just deletes by itself, even if I try to move this file from another pc, it would just delete off the usb.

show hidden files?
i think you have some malware & you should reformat to be 100% sure it's gone.

run malwarebytes anti malware. Norton 360 might find something, however Malwarebytes is the new standard

norton found 13 viruses and deleted them malware didnt find any after norton scan. but the exe still disappears

reformat, it will save you more time.

if you're not looking to reformat just yet , google virustotal & send the file you downloaded lately before this started to get it analyzed to see what av will get rid of it.

download motherboard internet driver & put it on usb drive
put windows cd & restart computer.
enter the bios & change the boot priority to attempt to boot from the cd first , after the hard drive
save & exit ( the computer will restart itself)
it will boot from the windows cd you put in , just follow the instructions but make sure to delete the previous windows installation you had ( it's really not too hard , just read & you should be fine)
after the installation is complete , install the motherboard internet driver & get all the latest drivers from the manifacturer's website.
install anti virus & all the software you use & update windows
after you're done , your computer is ready to go.
