I have about 100 hours in and I never ran out of gold. I just kept buying more stash space because there was no gold drain.

I did crafts and bought shatter stones everytime npc refreshed. Unless things changed I don’t know why people buy millions of gold.

Because they buy items worth millions of gold ?

items are worth lot, there is gold sink dungeon too

so its like fun enough that you can actually play and level and get gg amounts of the golden stuff

My take is that ideally you would want to max out both factions and end game would be getting the perfect character. The marketplace will help you with that and items can be worth heaps and heaps in the multi millions range.

There is also a dungeon that eats lost of gold. If you maximize it, I believe it goes close to a million gold at T2 if I remember correctly so assuming the higher tiers can easily go over for more. (I only run empower and still considered myself a super noob so do some dd if u want further info)

Lastly, if you were to have to sell something or gift something to friend, market is a lot easy to transfer it then a resonance that takes roughly an hour of playtime together, just to trade 1 item.
