I know that there are a lot of programs out there to make the windows 10 layout look more like windows 7 (mainly with the classic start button), but I'm not sure which is best; I'm overwhelmed. Any recommendations based on personal use would be welcomed.

I would prefer something simple and light rather than a big program with tons of options I'll never use.

True, but not just for looks. I stayed with Win 7, because just with Win 7 tools I can make it look like XP.


I still think Win 10 is gonna go the way of the dodo bird. Win 10 has been out since July 10 2015, and still is buggy as hell.

That doesn't even include all the pay to play crap, the updates crap, the cloud crap. I understand what they are trying to do...be another Apple.
But if not immediately, then soon, they will have to charge like Apple and probably do the Apple only hardware thing as well.

I just can't see them pulling that off. There's too much wildly different hardware out there for Win 10 to accomplish this.

The bad thing about the internet for MS is that ppl are wising up...they have all the info they need just a Google away.



This is just my "feeling" on what's going to happen with Win 10. Time will tell.

Since when did I say: work like or look like? I said work well.

Btw, one either speaks English or understands English, one doesn't, "know" English. Which seems to be apparent, in your case. :/
