in order to correct a NAT issue you need to be able to access your router. So if you can access it, it is well under...Port Forwarding as stated in the NAT guide by Nintendo.
If you can't get into your router then you will not be able to correct your issue except by constantly resetting your router and praying the settings get lucky.
if you want i can help but you will need to get access to your router first. the rest will be pretty simple

On my xbox 360, sometimes my NAT Settings would go from Open to Strict. This would cause issues with joining parties and mic. Back when I didn't know how to do port forwarding i would constantly reset my router and try each time, sometimes it would go right to "open" which would allow all functions and sometimes it would go to moderate (some restricted)
as far as the ports, in the first box you need to put the digit 1 and the next box you need to put the digits 65535. If it gives you the option of UDP, TCP or Both Select the Both option.
thats all you need to do. you dont need to add ports one by one. you literally put those sets of numbers in and your done. (you may have to reboot the router to take effect). Pretty simple.
