In the story, a schoolgirl named Chihaya Ayase once dreamed about her sister making it big as a fashion model, until she decides to forge her own path in life.
After seeing a quiet transfer student named Arata Wataya play the game, Chihaya enters the competitive world of karuta (card game).

I've watched the first episode and I actullay like it.At first i didn't wanna watch it but thanks to ANN reviews I gave it shot and this looks interesting.Too many good series this season lol.

Well,if you look at the synopsis it's nothing interesting(at least for me),but the episode had a certain atmosphere to it which somehow made me like it,no idea why though. Guess you shouldn't judge a book by its cover.:D

Looks like Ano No Hana but less complicated story.
