Recommendation Please!

I'm looking for a tear-jerking anime. It can be any genre really as long as has some really sad moments but with a good ending ( Sad or happy, doesn't matter ).
I'm open to anything.

I really liked Claymore, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann( Even though it was mainly action ), H20 Footprints in the sand... I've watched a lot, so I don't really have a list.

Hoping for some of those animes that force you to reflect on life and can make you tear up.

Bakuman - not tear jerking other than you won't want it to end
Toradora

Pretty blank at the moment at least from the anime I have seen I know there are a lot of tear jerkers but too lazy to look up for their names plus I am sure others will post them.

Watched all 3 already, but thanks.
Really good recommendations. I really like Major and Toradora. I've rewatched some of Bakuman after finishing it, but it isn't as sad as I want. Absolutely a great anime though.

Major is a sports anime that would fit my ISO. The childhood despair and struggles that happen are examples of what I'm looking for.
