It's called rotoscope bro.. It's not bad art its just not moeshit . I actually like it ,quite a bit actually I don't know if its because I appreciate all types of art or the overall feel the art gives with the anime .

it is rotoscope but the original manga wasnt moeshit at all and wouldve worked perfectly.

Instead Nakamura doesn't look sinister or bad at all she looks like a whale
Kasuga is supposed to look immature and tense
