I've read the breaker and the breaker new waves (stopped at ch 60 or so I think), was getting boring.

i haven't read one piece (don't want to start it either in case it's addictive) but with masses of people that think it's good and how long it's been out it's certainly got to be one of the better ones

It's just mainstream like Bleach, Fairy tail and Naruto. Just action and comedy with a known artist, pubisher, or story.

One piece is very boring however until like chapter 300ish
