The story follows a hikikomori named Sasami who is unmotivated about even changing clothes or eating. Her brother takes care of her, even though she despises his slave-like nature. Sasami spends her days viewing the outside world via a "Brother Surveillance Tool" on her computer. In the outside world, the three beautiful Yagami sisters and Sasami's brother are in the middle of relationships worthy of a romantic comedy.

So this is what I infer:

Haruhi reference = God reference.

Sasami is god in this world. Her desire for getting chocolate from her brother after her brother said he would buy her some were just too strong. And world changed.

Slightly different from Haruhi's standpoint where her 'common sense' countered her desires. Looks like there are multiple gods in this world already. This really intrigues me. OSTs and theme are all good. Will keep watching

The three sisters here are reminiscent of the three sisters from Read or Die, personality-wise and in appearance.

The way Sasami's room is blurry like that has to be significant.
