Movies about two blonde boys, I think there Swedish and they help a girl bring her milk in and then fuck with her family and there on a boat at the end of he movie.

Pretty messed up movie, and now I can't find it.

Yup Funny Games. There are two versions of the movie. I recommend the older version because Tim Roth and Naomi Watts kind of take me out of the movie a little bit since they are well known actors. It had more of an impact on me when I didn't know the actors.
