so i have a 10 page paper to write soon on some movie but i dont know what to write about
must pertain to american history from 1900 to 1980
so ya 33 fg to someone who suggests the movie i use

please dont rec more than 1 movie and leave some info about it what its about why its good etc
i'm into shit like guy richie (cant use his cuz there aren't americans in it) and quentin terrintino (too recent) but any movie is fine thanks

the untouchables and public enemies both might work they are great pictures of the underworld of their time
although the characters of the world they live in are difficult to relate to a broad issue of american people idk what sort of thesis statement or point i could write the paper about ya know

its not that i cant do more recent films like falling down its just that it would be difficult writing about very recent history like that if i'm writing about something that hasn't changed on a side note that movie kinda pissed me off because they stole an actual kansas city gangster's history and put it in california so people would be more interested but who cares about missouri right its not like we had a strong enough organized crime influence to put a mob head in the white house... o wait except for president truman look into the real pendergast machine capone was a bitch bootlegger and bank heist boss politics is the real game of corruption but i digress...

grapes of wrath fuckin sucked theres no way i could watch that movie enough times to write anything productive on it... i dont think i could watch it again with out falling asleep to be honest
