yea this is garbage not the server restarting obviously issues with it. id say try to submit a ticket but the point is probably mute :/

Yeaah.. 1.0.7 blizzard became pretty strict about hc rollbacks..

Lag issues have been present in games like these since these games have been around. I'm almost 100% sure blizzard won't do anything for the character, and I won't even bother trying. -- unless someone has some crazy recent story of how their character was revived.

Looks like servers are down for at least 6 hours now also.. Powerleveling will have to wait until then.
