never again. ordered shit last saturday, they said they had all in stock.

they say that i have no pending order or anything, in my history it says everything has been shipped

yet it's missing an ssd i paid 100$ for

total items delivered from newegg: 4

total items lost/scammed/idk 1

their sucess rate 80%

thats for newegg. i won't even start on ncix... i didn't recieve a single thing from them yet and i ordered last saturday too. i called them back then they said that 1 part out of the 5 i ordered was backorder... yet i haven't recieved anything whatsoever when they told me 2-4days delivery etc its been 7

they did take the money of my card tho xD don't worry about that they got that right

im about to dump a load on some dude on newegg xD

Stuff like this isn't normal. It has to do with Black Friday, Cyber Monday etc., and the bad economy. Just call Newegg customer service and nicely explain what happened, and they WILL fix it.

i did talk to them... they said that i should get it within 2 to 7 days from my order... but then i said its going to be the 8th day tomorow and they said well i have to contact them again on monday maybe its just related to the high numbers of orders of this week..

whatever its just my first time ordering on the internet i guess i didnt pick the right week to do soxD

That is EXACTLY what happened bro. Newegg has great customer service, just like Amazon.


You have another option, and that's to tell them ...OK then cancel the order, and just order it from somewhere else. BUT, being the season it is...it'll probably be slow w/e you order from.

Newegg used to have great customer service now its just better than the rest, Amazon still exceeds by far.

I remember over 5 years ago they would send you the new part before you sent the old back... Now they make you send it back, then they approve it, then ship it... Whole like 10 day process now. But yes Newegg in general is still great.

Dont be a whiny little bitch when you contact customer support.

You're more likely to get your situation resolved easier/Faster if you don't yell at a support member.


Just chill out, Tell them whats wrong & they'll 98% of the time fix it/Refund/etc.
