mail in rebate werent calculated in the price, for exemple the psu will give me back 35$ as MIR , gpu will give me 25$ mir etc.


total price 1630 before MIR, after MIR i think its around 1540ish

i hope this little baby will run well and that i won't have to RMA parts right out of the box

will be overclocking the cpu to like 4 then maybe try 4.2ish i think, ill see don't want any extreme OC plus i won't be getting watercooling so ^^ will be my first PC build ever (coming from laptops all my life) and my first OC too ofcourse

i didn't really pay 52$ for 16gb of ram, its actually a single 8gb stick for now just Cant be asked to change it again. after doing some research i found out that for what i'll use the pc for 8gb or 16gb will not make a difference for now ^^

i've had the keyboad and mouse that ill be using on this before buying those parts, they are just modest CM Storm™ but im happy with them ^^ the mouse is very nice tbh i wouldnt upgrade it untill it breaks ^^ the keyboard idk but for now its ok

the cheapest asus is 342+ taxes aand shiping ...

i was on a budget and wanted 120+ fps monitor

basicly the acer was more than 120$ cheaper to afford it id have to get a 3.2ghz i5 and a non overclock mobo :/ i thought it was easier to just get a 2nd monitor latter as i want a 2 monitor setup (ill get a better monitor as my next upgrade and use it as the main one)

/e I use the D: drive for downloads of an unknown sort, the E: drive for my Page File. I actually bought a 250GB Velociraptor for DISK 1, but it had issues, so I RMA'd it and they sent me a 500GB Velociraptor. Seems they discontinued the 250GB version.
