lowered down price by changing the motherboard & cpu.

the fx 8350 isn't worth 40$ more over the fx 8320.
i changed the motherboard for another one that's still good , but less expensive. you shouldn't notice any difference since you're not going to crossfire anyways.
change the case to whatever you want, you have plenty of money left anyways.
if you still wanna spend all your money , here's what you can do

http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/YMQs & you still have 10$ left to get a new case (assuming you're not taking in consideration mail in rebates, if you are , then that's 40$ left for a new case)

Seems like a solid build, but damn do I detest those HAF cases. They're ugly and you can get prettier cases around the same price range. Such as the http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/fractal-design-case-fdcaarcr2blw

pretty much everything you said is better about yours is false.

I like the tirade you seem to be going on now because more knowledgeable people told you to shove off.

Canada Computers > NCiX > Everything else.

NCIX pricematches all online and other stores.. or at least most of them. Plus NCIX has decent customer service.

650w 80PLUS PSU > 500w 80PLUS PSU... His PSU can't even safely run his 2nd build, how am I wrong? My PSU is better in the $800 build, AND in the $1k build.

GTX 680 > 7970. How the hell can you even argue this point? Are you serious?
Proof: http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=GeForce+GTX+680&id=41

7950 > 7870. My GFX card is better in the $800 build ALSO.
Proof: http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+HD+7950&id=325

OP says he detests HAF, so give him a logical replacement on one of the highest rated ATX-Mid's in the past year, the Challenger. Can't complain about features, because it lacks NONE.

Come at me bro

Invalid argument, I used the same website as Dolar/same retailers.

BOTH of my builds are superior to BOTH of Dolar's builds. If any of you deny this you are blatantly lying and wasting OP's money.

Wattage means everything, especially in 80PLUS Cert Models. His build's 500w really isn't enough in the $1000 setup...

GTX 680: www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=GeForce+GTX+680&id=41
7970: http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+HD+7970&id=51

GTX 680 is scored 600 higher...

Code
G3D Mark Relative to Top 10 Common Videocards
As of 21st of May 2013 - Higher results represent better performance
GeForce GTX 680
5,678
GeForce GTX 670
5,352
Radeon HD 7970
5,037

Case IS better when OP detests HAF cases. Dropping more than $60 on a budget build case is irresponsible, the Challenger literally has everything he will need.

do you have any proof that the cpu cooler you have in your build is better then mine? because this cpu cooler i have in mine is pretty much the best you can get for your money. by proof , i do not mean more expensive.
the power supply i put in is fine , as they do not want to overclock.
i didn't chose the case , the op wanted that case. i would've just put in a bitfenix merc alpha/beta personally. newegg is to avoid like the plague in canada , as the shipping rates are too ridiculous. rosewill is the home brand of newegg.
your graphics card is stronger , but i mentioned i let the op be flexible with the case because they wanted this one. therefore , your build is more expensive in this point.

the gtx 680 is a joke, the hd 7970 is better
that unit isn't garbage , so it will be able to provide. anyways , there's 100$ dedicated for the case for the op. with the remaining money , they can always get a better one.
my case isn't my personal choice , like i mentioned before.
your cpu cooler is more expensive, but until i see some proof yours is better , i do not believe you.

/e i still love you anyways , because i haven't felt anything close to competition for a while.
